All orders are firm and require pre-payment via direct debit.

If charging your bank account or your credit card fails due to incomplete or incorrect details, we will have to invoice an additional amount of EUR 25.00 for handling/administration costs.

The delivery times will be in most cases about 2-3 weeks. If the publisher/distributor reports a delay, we will pass this notification on to you.
